Hi there!  My name is Vader.  I am a 9-year-old black male, a puppy in disguise!  I am super active.  My foster parents call me a cartoon puppy!  I could be the next star on Paw Patrol!  My owners had to let me go because they were moving out of the country, but I came from a very loving family.  If you are looking for a playful petite puppy and some more fun in your life, I am the one!
